I attempt to start the Change Settings program from the control panel or the icon,
it does not appear. Only one instance of the "Change Settings"
dialog can be running at a time. Windows 2000
and XP users only: If you don't see the Change Settings dialog
box, there may be a "stuck" instance running. Launch the "Task
Manager" (press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select Task Manager). Click on the "Processes"
tab and look for "rundll32.exe." If you find it, select it and click
on the "End Process" button) . |
